Midnight Star Rear View

After loosing the original file for the original Midnight Star I finally got around to rebuilding it from scratch. The original took me three classes to build, roughly 12 hours. This new one only took me an hour and a half, and is much better then the original imho. Outside of the details that only the artist would notice the big one is that the belly gun actually has a barrel. The original was completed under a time constraint and was photographed from angles that hid the missing cannon. This new version has all the parts that were missing and overall just looks better.

This view gives you a good look at the rear of the ship, giving you a good shot of the "Slipstream Drive" the ship's FTL engine. That would be the yellow cones on the rear of the main body.
